- Advance payment is mandatory for confirming bookings. Balance payment (if any) must be cleared before delivery or pickup.
Rental Terms
- Costumes are provided strictly on a rental basis unless specifically purchased.
- The customer must return the rented costume in the same condition as received.
- Any damage, loss, or stains will attract additional charges based on repair or replacement cost.
- Costumes must be returned within the agreed rental period. Late returns may incur extra charges.
Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery timelines vary based on location. Metro and air-connected cities usually take 2 to 3 business days. Other areas may take 3 to 5 business days.
- Customers can also opt for store pickup where available.
- Garba Dress Costume is not responsible for courier delays caused by logistics partners.
Payments
- Payments can be made through online transfer, UPI, or other approved methods listed on our website.
- All charges including rental fee, security deposit, and delivery fee (if applicable) must be paid in full before dispatch.
- Security deposits, if collected, are refundable after the costume is returned in proper condition.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made within the specified time mentioned in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
