Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Garba Dress Costume, we always try to provide a smooth and reliable experience for every customer. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which orders can be canceled and refunds can be claimed. By booking a Garba Dress, Traditional Costume, or Fancy Dress Rental with us, you agree to follow the terms mentioned below.

Order Cancellation

  1. Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of booking to be eligible for a full refund (if payment has been made).
  2. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours but before dispatch may be accepted with partial deduction as processing charges.
  3. Once the costume has been dispatched or picked up from the store, the order cannot be canceled.
  4. Bulk or customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

Refund Policy

  1. If an eligible cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during booking.
  3. Delivery charges, if already paid, are non-refundable.
  4. In case of delayed delivery due to logistics partners, Garba Dress Costume will assist customers but will not be liable for a full refund if the order has already been shipped.

Non-Refundable Charges

  1. Processing fees or transaction charges deducted by the payment gateway.
  2. Late return penalties, damage charges, or missing accessories cost.
  3. Any order canceled after dispatch or pickup is strictly non-refundable.

Damage and Loss

  1. If a costume is returned with damage, stains, or missing items, the security deposit (if applicable) will be adjusted against repair or replacement cost.
  2. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the customer is liable to pay the additional amount.

  2. Our team will review the request and inform you of the eligibility and applicable deductions.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within the standard time frame.
